This time last year we had the pleasure of catering for a 70th birthday party. The menu consisted of canapés, scallops, turbot, lamb and Bakewell tart. What would be on your dream menu? Last night we had the pleasure of cooking at the @victoriamirogallery in London in collaboration with @markehix. A dinner to celebrate the opening of a new exhibition at the gallery. Such an amazing venue to cook in. A big thank you to Mark and the gallery for letting us be a part of the event. The menu was a great showcase of seasonal British food. A shout out to @shellseekers98 for always supplying us with outstanding quality fish.

Last night the team headed to Bristol to help our friends @seldon_curry and @liberty.curry.3 with their event at @caperandcure. As to be expected, Seldon created a lip smackingly good menu, while Liberty and owner Giles curated a sumptuous wine flight to match. Delicious food and good times with great people.

Last weekend Jeremy was at Dartmouth food festival helping out @markehix for a dinner at the seahorse restaurant. I was luckily enough to be out of the kitchen for a change and enjoying the delicious food. Well done Mark and Jeremy on a fabulous evening. Such an honour and a pleasure to be there experiencing the festival for the first time.
